- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds

For masala paste: (Vada Pav Recipe)
- 9 garlic cloves
- 5 whole red chili
- 2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoons of roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind
- 1 cup of besan
- 1/4 cup of soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 4 green chilies
Instructions: (Vada Pav Recipe) How to make vada pav
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add 1/4 teaspoon of hing, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, and 2 teaspoons of saunf. Roast together.
- Add 1 chopped onion and 2 teaspoons of green chili-garlic paste to the pan and sauté well.
- Add 2 boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of red chili powder, and 2 teaspoons of coriander leaves to the pan. Mix well and add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Sauté to make a paste.
- For the masala paste, put 9 garlic cloves, 5 whole red chilies, 2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds, 1 cup of desiccated coconut, 2 teaspoons of roasted peanuts, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind in a pan with oil. Mix well and grind into a paste.
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup of besan, 1/4 cup of soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of red chili powder. Put some water and mix thoroughly to make a besan mix.
- Take the prepared masala paste and make small balls of it. Dip the balls completely in the besan mix and deep fry in the pan until golden brown.
- Fry 4 green chilies in the pan for a while.
- Take buns and put green chutney, masala paste, and the fried masala pakodas between them.
- Serve with the garnishing of fried green chilies on top
