Mai Tai Recipe

The Mai Tai is a tikki classic. It's also a potent potable crafted with two different rums

Ingredients - Aged or White Rum - Dark Rum - Orange Liquer - Orgeat Syrup - Fresh Lime Juice

Tips  Fresh Lime Juice is key in this and other cocktail recipes.

Measure and Pour liquids directly into a shaker.

Add ice and shake for 20 minutes.

Strain into a lowball glass that's 3/4 filled with crushed ice.

Float Dark Rum on top of the cocktail
